At Southside Victory Church, we couldn’t do what we do without people like you! Whether in Sunday services, weekly ministries, or special events, serving helps create an environment where lives can be transformed. You bring your gifts, build community, and make church possible, all while growing personally and connecting with others.

Serving Commitment

As a server at Southside, I agree to serve with humility and excellence, honour leadership, and uphold the values of Southside Victory Church.


By signing this form, I commit to clear and timely communication regarding my schedule, including absences and late arrivals for my scheduled serving times. I will inform my leadership team in advance of any absences, notify them if I am running late, and respond to emails, texts, and messages in a timely manner. If I choose to step down from my serving role, I will provide two weeks’ notice.


I agree to complete any additional paperwork or forms required for my serving area, if applicable.


I will treat others with kindness and consideration, respecting confidentiality and privacy. I will not share personal information without consent, except in cases involving abuse, self-harm, or other serious concerns where Church leadership must be informed for the safety of the individual.
